Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Purpose

These terms and conditions are intended to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company, Current Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), and its members in relation to the use of all services provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2: Definitions

The definitions of the key terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. Terms not defined in each item are determined by related laws and service instructions.

  1. 'Service': Refers to the comprehensive services provided by the company that 'users' can use.
  2. 'Company': A person engaged in economic activities related to service provision, referred to as Current Lab Corporation in these terms and conditions.
  3. 'Member': A person who receives services provided by the company according to these terms and includes 'individual members'.
  4. 'Account': Information consisting of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters issued by the 'company' for the purpose of identifying 'member' information when 'members' register, to manage the identity, login, information change, payment information, etc., of the 'member'.
  5. 'ID': Refers to a combination of letters or letters and numbers that a member determines and the company approves for member identification and service use.
  6. 'Password': Refers to a combination of characters (including special characters) and numbers set by the member to confirm the member's identity matching the given ID and to protect privacy.
  7. 'Free Service': Refers to the comprehensive services provided free of charge by the company.
  8. 'Paid Service': Refers to the comprehensive services provided for a fee by the company.
  9. 'AI Service': Refers to the comprehensive services provided using AI in the services provided by the company.
  10. 'Paid Member': Refers to a member who is using paid services. The company may differentiate the services provided to paid members and non-paid members.
  11. 'Recurring Payment': Refers to the method of using paid services where the use fee for a monthly/yearly usage period is regularly paid through a payment method registered in advance by the member, and the usage period is automatically renewed. If a regular subscription is canceled, the paid services for the remaining period of use can be normally used, and automatic payment will not occur from the next period of use.
  12. 'Subscription Cancellation': Refers to a member canceling the payment of a paid service and discontinuing the use of the paid service. If a member who uses a regular subscription cancels the subscription, the subscription is also automatically canceled. Refunds due to subscription cancellation follow the provisions of these terms of use.
  13. 'Payment': Refers to the act of a member selecting a payment method and entering financial information to use the paid services provided by the company.
